Questions
What people ask us first
How many photographs should I send?
A 3-minute film holds up to 55 photos and a 10-minute film holds up to 170, with three lengths in between. Choose the length that fits the photos you have.
How do I send them?
After ordering you receive a private upload link. Send them all at once or over a few days. You can turn any photo upright as you upload it, and it plays the way you set it.
My photos are old prints. Can you use them?
Yes. Scan them, or photograph them flat and straight in daylight. They appear in the film as you send them.
Can I choose the music?
Choose one of three moods: Gentle & emotional (soft piano, reflective), Warm & celebratory (uplifting, a life well lived) or Calm & peaceful (quiet strings, restful). Every piece is licensed, so the film can be played at a service and shared online. We match the track to your film's length.
Can the film be played at a service?
Yes. Every film is delivered in 16:9 widescreen, the shape of most TVs and projector screens.
